Returns
Made-to-order and customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what you ordered. Please report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Cancellations
You can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Orders already in production may attract a charge for the work done.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 working days.
