Using this website
By browsing or buying on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after the payment (full or advance) is received. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be supplied, in which case any amount paid is refunded.
Made-to-order products
Many of our doors and windows are made to order. Colours, grain and finish of natural teak wood can vary slightly from the pictures shown.
Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and can change because of the size of the order, the delivery location and the weather. Installation, where chosen, is carried out at the agreed date.
Marketplace sellers
Some products are sold by independent sellers registered on our marketplace. Orders are fulfilled by the seller and supported by us.
